Revival Tintype will be at Verve Coffee Roasters in Santa Cruz all day on Saturday, August 22nd, taking tintypes of all sizes. Verve Coffee Roasters, one of the premier coffee purveyors on the West Coast, is throwing their 3rd annual block party at their Roastery location 104 Bronson St, Santa Cruz CA. Come dig through stacks of vinyl, get your grub on at the food trucks and stop by the Revival Tintype Studio Pop-Up inside to be immortailzed in silver and light. We will be shooting 4x5", 8x10" and gem sized tintypes for lockets, please specify the size you want in your reservation.

Very happy to announce that Revival tintype Studio will be back on the road this weekend, up in the Gold Country at Sutter Creek Provisions. This Friday, June 12th the Tintype Studio will be set-up in the store, whose building was constructed back in the 1860's! Tintypes are on a first-come basis, at our pop-up rate of $60. After the enormous success and good time we had at Bandit Town in North Fork, CA last October, we've been invited back to shoot tintype portraits at their Memorial Day Weekend Concert/Campout. Photo studio will be inside the main building, shooting all day Saturday and Sunday.

Revival Tintype Studio will be hosting it's first Open Studio event at our home in the Bridgehead Studio warehouse, Sunday November 2nd from 3-7 pm. We will be taking offering Tintype portraits to guests, and food & drink will be served.
We are also announcing the launch of a brand new portrait project, and hope to collaborate with artisans / craftmen / makers /small business owners in the Bay Area to revive a very special tradition in Wet-plate Collodion Tintype photography.
